Scope

These terms govern your use of bravko.com (the "Site"). They cover the marketing site only. Engagement-specific terms — work scope, deliverables, fees, IP, warranties — are governed by a separate Statement of Work (SoW) signed for each engagement and override anything on this page.

Use of the Site

You may use the Site for personal and business research. You agree not to:

• Attempt to interfere with the Site's operation or its security mechanisms.
• Use automated tools to scrape content, except for AI crawlers we explicitly allow in our robots.txt.
• Misrepresent your identity or company in any form on the Site.
• Submit content that is unlawful, harassing, or infringes third-party rights.

Intellectual property

All content on the Site (text, design, code, images, logos) is owned by Bravko or licensed to us. The Bravko name and logo are our trademarks. You may quote short passages with attribution and a link back to the source page; you may not republish substantial portions without written permission.

For client engagements: deliverables produced under an SoW transfer to the client on full payment, subject to the SoW. We retain rights to general know-how, frameworks, and tooling we develop.

Disclaimer

The Site is provided "as is". We make reasonable efforts to keep content accurate and up to date, but we don't warrant that it is error-free or always available. Calculator outputs are estimates, not commitments.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Bravko is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Site. Where a jurisdiction does not permit such limitation, our total liability is limited to €100. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law (e.g., gross negligence, wilful misconduct, statutory consumer rights).

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Wyoming, USA without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Disputes go to the competent courts of Wyoming, USA. EU-resident consumers retain the rights granted by mandatory provisions of their local law.

Changes

We may update these terms; the "Last updated" date above reflects the most recent change. Continued use of the Site after a change means you accept the updated terms.
